Pro Bowler and Former NFL Player Alejandro Villanueva Becomes New Ambassador for Madrid Bravos

The Madrid Bravos announced that Alejandro Villanueva, a former Spanish NFL player, is joining the franchise as an official ambassador. Villanueva, who played for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 2014 to 2020 and made it to the Pro Bowl, later joined the Baltimore Ravens before retiring from football. In a video, he announced that he will support the Madrid franchise in their first year of competition and that he will be present on June 1st for the historic debut of the Madrid Bravos against the Barcelona Dragons in Vallehermoso, Madrid. During this event, Villanueva will participate in various activities to celebrate this important occasion.

Spanish star in the big league

Jaime Martín, president of the Madrid Bravos, said: "This is a historic moment for our franchise to have Alejandro Villanueva as an ambassador. His career and dedication to the sport make him a pride for all fans in Spain. We could not be happier to have him with us on this adventure. His experience with historic NFL franchises will help us in all areas."

With Alejandro Villanueva joining, the Madrid Bravos now have two high-caliber ambassadors. A few weeks ago, the Madrid team announced that Antoine Griezmann, a soccer player from Atlético Madrid, would become the first subscription partner in the history of the franchise.
