Paris Musketeers confirmed as part of the ELF in 2026

The European League of Football has announced its fourth officially confirmed franchise for the 2026 season. After the Raiders Tirol, Frankfurt Galaxy, and Prague Lions were introduced earlier, the Paris Musketeers have now been confirmed as the next team set to compete in the upcoming campaign.

A strong franchise since joining the league

Since joining the European League of Football in 2023, the Paris Musketeers have been one of the most successful franchises in the league. After some early challenges in their first season, the team quickly found its rhythm midway through 2023 and has collected many wins since then.
Importantly, the Musketeers have never finished a season with a losing record, underlining their consistency and competitiveness.

The 2024 season marked a major highlight, as Paris advanced all the way to the Semi Final. Expectations were high heading into 2025 under head coach Jack Del Rio, but results did not fully match those ambitions.

Looking ahead to 2026

Now, the focus is clearly on a fresh start in 2026. With Jack Del Rio, one of the most experienced head coaches in the league, still leading the team, the foundation remains strong. On offense, key pieces are already in place: Quarterback Zach Edwards, the 2024 Offensive Player of the Year, returns as the leader of the offense, supported by explosive weapons Austin Mitchell and Hugo Tekedam.

With these building blocks secured, the Paris Musketeers enter the 2026 season with renewed energy and clear goals. Fans can look forward to seeing how the roster continues to take shape in the coming months.

More teams competing in the 2026 ELF season will be announced in the coming days - so stay tuned.
