Panthers sign former NFL player Matt Cole – former teammate of AJ Wentland

Two buddies re-united. With the signing of former New York Giants wide receiver Matt Cole, the Panthers have signed a former McKendree Bearcats (Div II) athlete – just like linebacker AJ Wentland. Running a 4.48 s 40-yard dash with 1.78 m, the Panthers have yet signed another speedy and quick receiver they can use inside, as well as outside.

I’ll see you at work!" – announces Matt Cole, who was in the practice squad of six NFL teams since 2020. Now, Cole has the chance to make a name for himself in 2024.
