The fairytale season of the Nordic Storm continues - and now they’ve reached a new milestone. After an impressive run in their first-ever year in the European League of Football, the team from Denmark has officially clinched the North Division title.

Division champions - and playoff bound

Thanks to their now official 35-0 win in the second game against the Helvetic Mercenaries, the Storm cannot be caught by any other North Division team. That means one thing: they are guaranteed a spot in the 2025 ELF Playoffs.

It's a huge achievement for the league newcomers, who remain undefeated and have surprised many fans and experts across Europe.

What’s next: Top seed in sight

Even though the Storm have secured the division, they can’t take it easy in the remaining regular season games. Their next big goal is clear: earn one of the top two playoff seeds. Why? Because the top two teams in the league standings get a bye week and go directly to the semifinals.

For that, the Storm must continue winning - and they’ll face tough opponents in the final weeks.

Next challenge: Frankfurt Galaxy

In Week 11, the Storm will travel to Germany to face Frankfurt Galaxy. It’s another big test, especially as Frankfurt just had a strong performance against Cologne and is fighting to keep their own playoff hopes alive.

The Storm’s focus will be to stay sharp, keep their perfect record alive, and take another step closer to the top seed.

A season to remember - with more to come

With the North Division already won, the Nordic Storm have proven they are a serious title contender in 2025. But their story isn’t finished yet. The road to the Championship Game is still long - and the most exciting part of the season is just around the corner.
