Irons impresses in the first half
DJ Irons became the first quarterback in ELF hostory too cross the thousand yard mark as a rusher. The first half for Irons included 40 yards and a pair of rushing touchdowns. He also completed a effcient 15/17 for 178 yards and a touchdown, findg Eric Ottender for a long touchdown in the 2nd quarter. Helping the Panthers to a 19-14 lead at the half.
Munich rushing attack takes over the second half
However two rushing touchdowns including a beautful fourth down run from Russell Tabor gave the Ravens a slim 29-26 lead heading into the final quarter. Then Tabor found homegrown receiver Marko Stadlet for a 5 yard touchdown.
Rodney's big day
Munich running back Just Rodney crossed the 1K yard mark rushing the ball well all game. He scored his second and third touchdowns of the game in the fourth quarter as the Ravens went up 49-26.With the big performance from Rodney he takes the lead for the ELF's rushing title.
With the win Munich secures a top two seed and a bye week after the wild card round.
