Munich Ravens clinch South Division with win over Panthers

The Munich Ravens continue their impressive 2025 campaign, defeating the Wroclaw Panthers 34-14 in a hard-fought battle. With this victory, the Ravens not only secured the win but also clinched the South Division title, guaranteeing themselves one of the top four playoff seeds.
A defensive battle with key plays
The game was a defensive showdown for much of the afternoon, with both teams forcing multiple punts and turnovers on downs. However, the Ravens were more clinical when it mattered. In the first half, they scored twice - including an unusual rushing touchdown from defensive tackle Etuale Lui and a spectacular toe-tap catch from star wide receiver Malik Stanley.
For the Panthers, offense was difficult to come by. Their only first-half highlight came from quarterback DJ Irons Jr., who found the endzone on a short two-yard touchdown run to keep the score close.
Ravens pull away late
The second half followed a similar pattern - tough defense, limited offensive success, and key moments deciding the game. In the fourth quarter, the Ravens sealed their victory with two rushing touchdowns, putting the game out of reach. A late touchdown from the Panthers in the final minute only narrowed the margin but wasn’t enough to change the outcome.

Rodney shines again
After his standout performance against the Raiders Tirol in Week 10, Justin Rodney continued to impress. The German running back carried the ball 19 times for 72 yards and one touchdown, while also contributing in the passing game with four receptions for 57 yards, proving once again how versatile he is in the Ravens’ offense.
What’s next
Both teams now head into a well-timed bye week before returning for crucial divisional matchups. The Wroclaw Panthers face a daunting challenge in Week 13 against the East Division champions Vienna Vikings, while the Ravenswill host the Madrid Bravos in what promises to be another high-stakes clash.
