Big addition for the offensive line of Frankfurt. The 2021 ELF Champions have signed Kariem Al Soufi.

I'm looking forward to playing in front of this incredible crowd and giving my all for the team and the fans,” says Al Soufi.

Sports director Thomas Kösling adds: “Kariem is another statement for our O-line and our efforts to dominate games at the lines. He also has a good character and will give us a lot of pleasure.”

Lots of college football experience

The German began his football journey with the Paderborn Dolphins before US scouts discovered his talent. In 2019, he joined the Virginia Cavaliers, a Power 5 school in Division 1 US college football.

After an impressive season in which Al Soufi was selected First Team All-Conference, he transferred to Ellsworth Community College in 2021. He returned to NCAA Division I in 2022 to play at Tarleton Sate University until 2024.

Al Soufi will therefore bring plenty of college football experience to Frankfurt. The Galaxy's O-Line is taking shape more and more. Al Soufi is already the eighth O-liner the team has presented this offseason.
