The Madrid Bravos have a new king in town. With the signing of Arthur Kingdom, the Bravos add the 2025 Defensive Rookie of the Year, a young linebacker who impressed the entire league with his consistent and impactful performances. A breakout rookie season
Standing 1.91 meters tall and only 22 years old, Kingdom delivered an outstanding rookie campaign. Across eleven games, he recorded 85 tackles, 2.5 sacks, five tackles for loss, two interceptions, three pass deflections, and one forced fumble.
He quickly became a key piece of the Lions’ defense, showing the range, instincts, and physicality of a player far beyond his age. The Bravos now hope he can bring that same impact to Madrid and strengthen their defensive unit for the upcoming season.
Looking ahead
With Arthur Kingdom joining the roster, the Madrid Bravos secure one of the brightest young defensive talents in Europe. His playmaking ability, versatility, and impressive rookie production make him a major addition as the team continues to build its roster for 2026. Expectations will be high - and Kingdom has already proven he can deliver.
