The Hamburg Sea Devils have presented a new name for their defensive line. Edge rusher Tarik Krajačić will join the team from northern Germany.

“I'm incredibly proud to represent my hometown on such a big stage,” says Krajačić. He adds: “It's a unique opportunity to compete with the best players in Europe and show what I'm made of. The Sea Devils offer me the opportunity to develop my talent at the highest level while honoring my roots. The feeling of playing for my city makes every moment on the field special and motivates me to always give my best.”

The 31-year-old Homegrown was most recently with the Hamburg Huskies in the German Football League 2 for three years. At the Sea Devils, Krajačić offers defensive coordinator Ray Woodard more options in the width of the D-Line. The star of the line is clearly Kyle Kitchens. The three-time ELF Defensive Player of the Year transferred from the Berlin Thunder to the Sea Devils this offseason.
