Frankfurt Galaxy has not extended the contract of offensive coordinator Patrick Griesheimer. “We are grateful for his time in Frankfurt and the work he has put into the team. Since the league's inaugural year in 2021 and winning the European Championship that same year, Patrick has led the Galaxy offense to a 30-8 record. We wish him much success as he continues on his journey!”, the Galaxy has published via social media.

Who is coming?

The 48-year-old coach and former player is now set to join another team in the league. One of the most sought-after coaches joins the free agency.

"Since 2019, Patrick has been my OC, and we have had a very successful time together here in Frankfurt. I am very grateful to him and have the utmost respect for the work he has done here. From there, it was not an easy decision. We will name a suitable successor soon. I wish Patrick all the best," said head coach Thomas Kösling, whose contract got extended for the upcoming season.
