European League of Football expands broadcasting

Shortly before the start of the 2023 season, the European League of Football announces further top-class media houses for the worldwide live broadcast.

"The European League of Football is entering its third season and attracting more and more interest from around the world. The international appeal shows the success that we have already achieved two years after its inception!" said Zeljko Karajica, Managing Director of the European League of Football.

In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Seven. One Entertainment Group GmbH, a renowned media company, is on board as a TV partner until 2026, and will already broadcast this year's final on September 24 on the main channel ProSieben. This will double the airtime in the DACH region and extend it to the entire station group. MoreThanSportsTV will also broadcast selected games live.

Top football is also available in other European countries! While Network 4 will broadcast games with Hungarian participation this year, O2 in the Czech Republic as well as in Slovakia will offer fans direct access to games with Prague Lions participation. An agreement was also reached with Polsat. Polsat is the exclusive partner for the Polish broadcast of all Panthers games.  IQIYI Sports, as China's largest streaming platform, will broadcast additional games live. More TV partners will soon be presented after week one.

Genius Sports and WSC Sports also enable the European League of Football to distribute live footage to additional exploiters worldwide.

Unlike in previous years, the official Gamepass of the European League of Football will also be available via various platforms. Thus, the Season Pass will be available via Joyn+ (DACH region) and SportdeutschlandTV while others will follow. The European League of Football's broadcast lineup for 2023 is diverse.

All 107 games of the European League of Football will additionally be presented in the European League of Football Game Pass that can be found on gamepass.europeanleague.football. In countries where a franchise is based without free TV access, Gamepass commentators in the local language will ensure a good broadcast.

Currently, 17 teams from nine nations are preparing for the 2023 season. At the start are Berlin Thunder, Hamburg Sea Devils, Munich Ravens, Frankfurt Galaxy, Rhein Fire, Stuttgart Surge, Leipzig Kings and Cologne Centurions (all Germany), the reigning champions Vienna Vikings and Raiders Tirol (both Austria), Barcelona Dragons (Spain), Milano Seamen (Italy), Paris Musketeers (France), Panthers Wroclaw (Poland), Fehérvár Enthroners (Hungary), Prague Lions (Czech Republic) and Helvetic Guards (Switzerland).
