EURONICS becomes the Premium Partner of the European League of Football

Contract extended until 2025!

The European League of Football and EURONICS Deutschland eG will continue their productive collaboration for the next two years. Europe's leading electronics retailer will strategically deepen its partnership with the continental league, taking on the roles of Technology and Premium Partner.

Continuing trust for two years

"This partnership is a touchdown! We are proud to have EURONICS, one of the most esteemed companies in the technology industry, by our side for the next two years. Simultaneously, it provides an excellent opportunity for both parties to expand their presence in the European market and continue a crucial, forward-looking partnership," emphasizes Zeljko Karajica, CEO of the European League of Football.

The company, based in Ditzingen near Stuttgart, officially joined as the technology partner of the ELF in May, fittingly at the start of the 2023 season. Since then, EURONICS has actively contributed to the still-young success story of the 'Champions League' of European football as a strong partner.

More than just a partner

As a Premium Partner, EURONICS continues to take center stage with virtual logo displays, LED banners, and franchise equipment on game days. The retail group's branding will also be featured across the ELF app, online platforms, and social media channels, offering fans attractive additional benefits. A highlight for the upcoming year includes the premiere of the league's exclusive live show.

"Sports and EURONICS, a perfect match. We ensure that a football game can be experienced almost up close in the best home in the world through the latest technology. Additionally, the collaboration with the European League of Football is extremely exciting for us. We anticipate that enthusiasm for this sport will steadily increase in Germany, and we want to contribute to that and actively engage fans for EURONICS. We look forward to the upcoming season," says Benedict Kober, spokesperson for the board of EURONICS Deutschland eG.

The fourth season of the European League of Football kicks off in May 2024. Seventeen teams from nine nations will compete, including Berlin Thunder, Rhein Fire, Frankfurt Galaxy, Hamburg Sea Devils, Cologne Centurions, Stuttgart Surge, Munich Ravens (Germany), Paris Musketeers (France), Milano Seamen (Italy), Raiders Tirol, Vienna Vikings (both Austria), Panthers Wroclaw (Poland), Madrid Bravos, Barcelona Dragons (both Spain), Prague Lions (Czech Republic), Helvetic Guards (Switzerland), and Fehérvár Enthroners (Hungary). The Championship Game is set to take place on September 22 at the VELTINS-Arena, home of FC Schalke 04, in Gelsenkirchen.
