The start date has been set: The European League of Football will kick off its fifth season on the weekend of May 17/18. Next year's season will therefore start a week earlier than in 2024.

The date of the Championship Game has also already been set: on September 7, the two best teams of the ELF will battle it out for the crown of European Football in Stuttgart's MHP Arena.

Last week, the ELF announced that 16 teams will take part in the 2025 season. Nordic Storm is a new addition, the Milano Seamen will pause one year and the Barcelona Dragons are leaving the league.
