The European League of Football (ELF) has reached the next milestone, as excitement builds ahead of the 2025 Championship Game, which will take place at September 7. The league has already surpassed 25,000 tickets sold for the grand final, a remarkable achievement considering that the participating teams are not yet defined.
This figure underscores the popularity of ELF. In the 2024 final held in Gelsenkirchen, the league set a new attendance benchmark with over 40,000 spectators at the stadium and 25,000 fans at the “Power Party”. ELF aims on reaching that numbers again as they prepare for Stuttgart’s MHP Arena to host the 2025 final.
Finalists will be determined this weekend
The top four teams of the regular season are left as potential competitors in Championship Game 2025. The upcoming weekend will find the two finalists. On Saturday (kickoff 15:00 CET), Nordic Storm will face the Vienna Vikings. On Sunday (kickoff 15:00 CET), the Stuttgart Surge will take on the Munich Ravens.
The stage is set at Stuttgart’s MHP Arena, where the Championship clash is scheduled for Sunday, September 7, 2025. This modern venue, home stadium of soccer club VfB Stuttgart, will serve as the electrifying backdrop for what promises to be a weekend to remember.

And there will be a special highlight in the halftime: German hip-hop legends “Die Fantastischen Vier” will perform the "Wellcard ELF Halftime Show" at the Championship Game.
