Defensive back Andy Vera re-signs with the Barcelona Dragons

As the Barcelona Dragons announced, defensive back Andy Vera will re-sign with the franchise for the upcoming European League fo Football season.
His stats rank him asof of the best defensive players of the last season. 18 tackles, five interceptions and eight passes deflected were enough to keep the oppsoing offense busy. In the home game against Berlin Thunder, he also scored a pick six.

Lockdown cornerback is back

The Spanish DB is originally from Elche and had his best game as cornerback against the Thunder with two interceptions and the mentioned pick six. He held opposing receiver Tino Ndongo to just 24 yards and three receptions. This game also marked the first win ot he Dragons' season last year.
