Cologne Centurions secure service of quarterback Isaiah Weed
The Cologne Centurions have found their quarterback in former Rostock Griffin and SWARCO Raiders signal caller Isaiah Weed. The product of Northwestern Oklahoma State University and several European teams will lead the offense of head coach Gregg Brandon. At Northwestern, Weed had 2599 yards and 23 touchdowns with 14 interceptions through the air, while adding 10 touchdowns through the run game. Weed also played for the Aarhus Tigers, Kragujevac Wild Boars, Hildesheim Invaders among others. Now, he joins the best league in Europe.
