Championship Game stats: Rhein Fire's dominance in figures

What a Championship weekend it was! Alongside a record-breaking crowd, there was a real show on the field as well.

Rhein Fire came out hot from the start and delivered as a team. While quarterback Jadrian Clark was crowned the Championship Game MVP, the entire team truly deserved the recognition.

In addition to Jadrian Clark's performance, Glen Toonga also stepped up once again. The British running back, who was named the MVP of the 2024 season at the ELF Honors, rushed for 92 yards and scored two touchdowns. His efficient running game opened up space for Clark to make his passes.

Clark spread the ball to seven different receivers, with five of them scoring touchdowns. His favorite target was American wide receiver Kelvin McKnight Jr., who was nearly unstoppable with 9 catches for 141 yards and a touchdown, causing big problems for the Vienna Vikings defense.

Fire defense shows its strength

Rhein Fire's defense had been dominant all season, but in the Championship Game, they took it to another level. Sacks, tackles for loss (TFL), and turnovers happened all over the field, showing the true power of the Fire defense. They recorded 3 sacks, 5 TFLs, and forced 4 turnovers, highlighting their dominance.

One standout player was Aaron Donkor, who recorded 3 TFLs, 1 forced fumble, and 2 sacks, effectively shutting down the Vikings’ offense and preventing them from keeping up.
