Berlin Thunder adds new players for 2025
Berlin Thunder held back at the start of the offseason. Now the fans can look forward to numerous signings.
Tyler Foster makes the start. The 19-year-old is considered one of Germany's biggest wide receiver talents. Foster played for the Berlin Adler in various youth teams. He was also selected for the German youth national team.
In addition to American football, Foster is extremely successful in athletics and has already won the Berlin triple jump championship several times. Thunder fans can therefore look forward to great athletic ability.
Niklas Schumm is another German national player, joining Tunder. The 25-year-old has been playing in the ELF since 2022. In his three years with Frankfurt Galaxy, he caught 27 passes for 249 yards.
“I'm looking forward to making great memories with you in 2025,” says Schumm.

Felix Proulx is also new to the team. The 25-year-old cornerback is facing his third ELF season. Born in Italy, he made his debut for the French side Paris Musketeers in 2023. He then spent last season in his home country with the Milano Seamen.
Proulx has already played 22 ELF games in which he collected 68 tackles, two interceptions and three pass deflections. He also has 0,5 sacks and one forced fumble. He was able to recover another.

Offensive guard Connor Bolton additionally makes a great return. The British player made his ELF debut for Berlin in 2022. He then moved to the Fehervar Enthroners in 2023 and Madrid Bravos in 2024.
Now the reunion. The 27-year-old O-lineman will spend the 2025 season in Berlin.
