Barcelona Dragons re-sign Spanish defensive back Lucas Masero

The Barcelona Dragons re-sign Spanish defensive back Lucas Masero to their roster for the 2022 season, as the team reported.

Wearing number 20, the Catalan defensive back recorded 32 total tackles, three interceptions and 17 pass breakups and passes defensed. One of his most iconic plays came in the Dragons win over Hamburg Sea Devils where he intercepted Jadrian Clark pass attempt in the endzone. This stopped the first drive of the Sea Devils and gave the Dragons a chance to put points on the board first.

In 2022, Masero looks to be an even better defensive ballhawk for the Spanish franchise who tries to make plays whenever he can.
