Ravens in playoffs with statement win
The Ravens hosted the Raiders in a win and in matchup to conclude the regular season. In Week 14's "Game of the Week" the Munich Ravens played an excellent game and celebrated the franchises first playoff berth in year two in front of thier loyaly and loud home fans.
In what was a rainy day in Munich, the Ravens were able to adjust thier gameplan and move the ball effectively on the ground accumulating well over 200 yards rushing on the day.
On defense the Ravens absolutely shut down the Raiders offense holding them to less than 150 total yards as they swarmed to the ball the tackled effectively all day long.
Ravens quarterback Chad Jeffries threw for 111 yards while also putting on a excellent running display adding 112 yards on the ground, giving his team jolt they needed on a muddy wet field.
The win moves the Ravens to a 9-3 record. This gives them the fifth seed and they will play the Paris Musketeers in the French captial in two weeks. For the Raiders Tirol, they finish the season 8-4 and will miss the playoffs for the second consecutive season, as Madrid's win yesterday earned them the sixth seed.
