Frankfurt Galaxy re-sign running back Justin Rodney

The Frankfurt Galaxy re-sign German running back and kick returner Justin Rodney to their team for the upcoming 2022 season, as reported by the franchise.

“I am looking forward to play for the best team this year once again and in front of the best fans!”, Rodney commented on his return to Frankfurt. He added: “But before we can prove that we are the best, we have a lot of work ahead of us. Our opponents don’t sleep, but I know for a fact that everyone on our team will do everything for a successful season […]”.

The 174cm tall and 85kg heavy running back recorded 331 rushing yards and scored two touchdowns over the course of last season. He also returned five kick-offs for 200 yards and a touchdown.

Now, Rodney looks to have an even greater impact on the Galaxy offense and on special teams in his second season.
