Top Signings of the Week – Galaxy extend former NFL wide receiver
The European League of Football heads towards its third season. All 17 franchises are looking for the best players available in Europe and from around the world. But what franchise won this past week with its mind-blowing signings?
There were not a lot of signings this past week. But two players that were introduced by their teams are going to be difference makers!
Galaxy extend former NFL player
The Frankfurt Galaxy have extended former NFL player Reece Horn. For the Galaxy, this was a no-brainer. Producing 683 receiving yards in just eight games and scoring eleven touchdowns is just incredible.
The former Cincinnati Bengal, Miami Dolphin, and Tennessee Titan put fear into every opposing defense at the end of last season. Now, third-year Galaxy quarterback Jakeb Sullivan and his WR1 have a full season to become one of the best, if not the best, QB-WR duos in the entire league.
If Horn can keep up his touchdown-rate from last season, he will end up with at least 16 receiving touchdowns in twelve games this year. And I do not think that this is unlikely.

Raiders pair up two brothers on defense
The Raiders pair up two brothers on defense. With the signing of Precious Ogbevoen, we will see him play alongside his brother Lucky Ogbevoen for the Austrian franchise in 2023.
With the Stuttgart Surge in 2022, Ogbevoen produced 84 total tackles, five sacks and 13.5 tackles for loss. The linebacker is an all-around weapon who is able to effectively fill gaps in against the run but to rush the passer. This rare combination as a local player (Austrian) makes this signing extremely valuable for the Raiders.
The Raiders have a real chance of improving on defense after great extensions and signings just like this one.
