Top 3 offensive lines – Who protects their quarterback best?

What are the top three offensive lines in the European League of Football? One team might surprise you!

An offensive performance by a team is often defined by their offensive line. If the quarterback has time to throw, he will more likely complete passes and move the ball down the field.

Let’s see who has the best offensive line in the European League of Football!*

Yes, this is not a mistake. The 1-7 Istanbul Rams have one of the best offensive lines in the European League of Football when it comes to sacks allowed.

With only 15 sacks over the first eight games of the season, the Rams have allowed just as many sacks as the Thunder. However, the Turkish franchise lost 108 yards with those 15 sacks which means an average loss of 7.2 yards per sack.

With potential All-Star players Cevad Kücüksengün and Erdem Altun, the Rams have a unit to build on for the coming season.

The Berlin Thunder have the second-best offensive line in the European League of Football with only 15 sacks allowed over eight games so far.

Starting quarterback Joe Germinerio also lost only 76 yards because of sacks which is only two yards more than the top offensive line has allowed.

Players like Lawrence Cornwall-Baptiste and Tobias Rodlauer have dominated opposing defensive lineman to protect their quarterback.

Will the Thunder be able to keep Germinerio’s jersey clean for a chance at the playoffs?

The 5-3 Raiders Tirol are currently battling to keep their spot in the playoffs. But with an offensive line that has only allowed thirteen sacks over eight games, it should be more than manageable.

With offensive lineman like Tony Koskinen and Michael Habetin (photo), the Raiders have built the best offensive line in the European League of Football to date.

Only 74 yards lost on sacks is also the lowest number in the entire league this season so far. With quarterback Sean Shelton being comfortable in the pocket, the American gunslinger almost leads every category there is for his position.

Will the Raiders protect their playoffs ticket as well as their quarterback over the coming weeks?
