The Tirol Raiders retain one of the most exciting defensive back prospects in all of Europe. Christoph Nitzlnader will return to the Austrian franchise for a second season in the European League of Football. Although he is still young, Nitzlnader has been a part of the Raiders’ AFL team since he was 18 years old.

The now 20-year-old is a part of the Austrian national team and showed his talents during last years’ European League of Football season, in which he had 32 total tackles, three tackles for loss and one forced fumble along with four pass breakups.

Have you seen this yet?

The future is looking bright for Nitzlnader, and he is poised to take the next step in the upcoming season. Unsurprisingly, the talented cornerback is happy to return to the Raiders:

"I’m more than excited to get back on the field with my brothers. I know what we’re capable of, and now it’s time to put that on the field and show Europe what RAIDERS FOOTBALL is all about!"

Can the Austrian prodigy establish himself as a starting corner in the talented Raiders defensive backfield this year?
