This is the opportunity I always prayed for

When asked about his reasons to join his new team the pass rusher had the following to say:

“I decided to join the Raiders Tirol, because this is the opportunity, I always prayed for: finally being able to play professional football. I had this dream since I was six years old, now it is finally coming true.”

His new head coach Kevin Herron is excited as well: “Derrick is an important reinforcement for our defensive line. We need players, who can put pressure on the opposing quarterback. Additionally, we expect him to be a leader. I am happy to welcome him to the Raiders-family.”
