NFL International Combine Invitees Announced

A total of 14 players from the European League of Football were invited to the NFL International Combine in London!

The NFL International Combine will take place in London at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on October 12. The combine will be run like the NFL Combine to scout international talent around the world. Out of this combine, a few players will be selected to take part in the International Pathway Program. Examples of well-known players who went through the International Pathway Program and now successfully play in the NFL are German fullback Jakob Johnson and Australian offensive lineman Jordan Mailata.

Out of 44 total players who were invited to the combine, 14 players are from the European League of Football. Four of those 14 players come from the Leipzig Kings. Defensive linemen Aslan Zetterberg and Lance Leota both received invites alongside offensive lineman Max Bruder and Japanese wide receiver Yoshihito Omi.

The Hamburg Sea Devils have two players who were invited to the NFL International Combine. Both, linebacker Jan-Phillip Bombek and tight end John-Levi Kruse have the chance to showcase their talents in London.

The Frankfurt Galaxy also have two players on their roster who will be in London on October 12 to prove that they belong in the NFL: offensive linemen Yannic Kiehl and Jan-Hendrick Hoffmeyer.

The league’s leading tackler Wael Nasri and defensive lineman Adedayo Odeleye were invited to the combine as well based on their performance with the Berlin Thunder in 2021.

Panthers tight end Igor Mašlanka was also invited to the combine alongside Centurions offensive lineman Fabian Kratz, Stuttgart Surge cornerback Marcel Dabo, and Jai Albert Jackson who lastly played for the Stuttgart Surge as well.
