Munich franchise announces Sebastian Stolz as general manager

Before announcing the logo and name, the Munich franchise has officially hired its first ever general manager! 

The Munich franchise of the European League of Football announced Sebastian Stolz as their general manager going forward. 

The 44-year-old is not new to the American football business since he worked for the Hamburg Sea Devils as their media spokesman in the NFL Europe.

Stolz also worked for the Oakland Raiders (now Las Vegas Raiders) in the NFL for almost ten years to promote their franchise and brand in the German-speaking market. During his time with the Raiders, Stolz build up a partnership between the NFL franchise and the SWARCO Raiders Tirol as well. 

Now, the experienced football and marketing expert takes over the Munich based franchise of the European League of Football. “Football has played a huge role in my life for over 30 years," Stolz explained in the team's press release. "That’s why I am incredibly excited to have the opportunity of building a franchise of the European League of Football here in Munich.” 

The name and the logo of the franchise in Munich will be announced on 8th September this month.
