Frankfurt Galaxy bolster defensive line with Daniel Bartmann, Marc Anthony Hor and more
The Frankfurt Galaxy have signed defensive linemen Mete Konya, Daniel Bartmann, Koku Antoine Giede, Marc Anthony Hor, Kevin Maier, Fränk Mousel, Ramy Mohamed and Sven Rieger. While Konya, Giede, Hor, Maier and Rieger were with the team in 2022 or even 2021, others want to make the next step in 2023.
One of the new guys is Bartmann. With the Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns, Daniel Bartmann won the German Bowl in 2022, previously having played for the Darmstadt Diamonds and Bürstadt Redskins. At 1,95 m and 117 kg, he joins lately signed defensive end Karlis Brauns on the other side of the line to form an explosive duo.
Front four is seems ready to ball out
From the Saarland Hurricanes, defensive lineman Fränk Mousel will join the Frankfurt Galaxy for 2023. The Luxembourg citizen had 34 tackles, ten tackles for loss and four sacks in just nine games in the GFL. Another guy making the big step is Mohamed. Joining from the Bonn Gamecocks, at 1,89 m and 105 kg, the German playmaker wants to take his talent to the Galaxy roster. Both come with talent and potential for the biggest league in Europe.
