Fehérvár Enthroners sign wide receiver Benjamin Plu
The Hungarian franchise Fehérvár Enthroners continues to make moves.
The Fehérvár Enthroners have signed wide receiver Benjamin Plu, former Barcelona Dragons pass catcher. In 2022, he caught passes for 566 yards and five touchdowns in 12 games of the European League of Football. At 28 years old, the French international, previously played in the Maple League in Finland, the CFL and in the French FFFA. Plu signed his contract for the 2023 season.
The Enthroners under head coach and defensive coordinator Jaime Hill now have signed several players including experienced defensive end Jebrai Regan, quarterback Gabriel Cunningham, linebacker Antony Rodrigues, offensive lineman Connor Bolton and defensive lineman Florian Hirsch.
With Cunningham, Plu gets one of the last season’s top performers as his teammate. Cunningham and Plu could form a great duo on the field, providing constant danger for opposing defenses.
