The Galaxy have signed their final import player for the 2022 season in Jermaine Brealy Jr.!

As reported by the reigning champion on Sunday, American defensive back Jermaine Brealy Jr.will join the Frankfurt Galaxy for the 2022 season.

“Frankfurt, I’m too pumped,” Brealy Jr. commented on him signing with the Galaxy. “I just want to thank [head] coach Kösling and the whole Frankfurt staff for choosing me as an import player. It’s a real honor.”

Having spent three years at Pittsburgh State University from 2019 to 2021, the 23-year-old defensive back is poised for his first professional football season in Europe. “There’s no place I’d rather be for my first professional season. Let’s work Galaxy!”

Galaxy head coach Kösling is also excited about the new addition to his secondary. “With Jermaine [Brealy Jr.], we have signed an extremely athletic cornerback who will be amongst the fastest players in the league because of his track background,” Kösling commented. “Next to playing on defense, he will be responsible for some highlights on special teams well”.

Brealy Jr. will join Fernando Lowery, Joshua Poznanski, and other talented players on a loaded defense for another run at the title.
